QUICK GUIDE ON HOW TO SET UP AND SECURE APPOINTMENT:

Step 1: First Time Clients Complete The Intake Questions Below
The questions below serve as a required intake form for all new client inquiries, regardless of the service requested or if booking a consultation. This information helps me thoroughly understand your current hair, hair history and goals. Your appointment will be scheduled in just 5 minutes once we are in contact and you provide the information requested.

Step 2: Review and Approval
If your hair goals are achievable within my services, I will send you a follow up text to schedule your appointment immediately or within 24 hours. If you don't receive a reply within 24 hours I am unable to assist with your request we were not the best match based on the inquiry. Review my service menu to confirm I am the best match for you.

Step 3: Secure Your Appointment
To complete your booking, please reach out only when you are ready to place your $50 deposit and add your card on file via your email provided. Appoinments will not be held without these two steps. Your appointment will be booked within just a few minutes once contacted.


NEW CLIENT INTAKE QUESTIONS

1. Client Contact Info:  First & Last name, Full Birthday: Month, Day and Year, Best phone number and best email. This information is mandatory and will needed to create your digital client file.
2. Hair condition: Healthy/dry/ heat damage/split ends/dry ends/very damaged from chemical services/slightly damaged/postpartum breakage/some chemical damage
3. Current hair photos: One FRONT and BACK photo, keep your hair down and avoid close up pictures make sure they are clear to have submission accepted and send 1-2 inspo photos or video links so I can ensure you are booking for the correct service. 
4. Hair history: Include any professional or at home hair services or color the last 2 years.
5. Service choice: Provide the service number from my (Service Menu)  Confirm Add On Services if any are provided under your service number. Add Ons are discounted services when adding on to your service number.

CONSULTATION is service #12 for Extensions and #13 for all other service consultations, view Service Menu for more details.

FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING 
After we confirm the services, date and time, we will then finalize your booking by adding your card on file and taking your deposit of $50. This should take less than 5 minutes once we are in contact.

CARD ON FILE: Via secure Square link sent to your email used only in the case of my Policies.
DEPOSIT: Your Deposit of $50 will be requested via Zelle or Cash App $51.55 (incures 3% processing fee) and only after your card is secured on file. All major credit cards debit cards and contactless pay will be available day of appointment for payment of completed services or new in person deposit.

RETAIL PRODUCTS RECOMMENDATIONS: Following your service the same day of appointment you will receive product recommendations a custom haircare routine curated by me via a link sent to your email, that will include an exclusive discount. Through this link you will be able to check out on your own as we as well as remove any items if no longer needed.
