BOOKING GUIDELINES: 1-5 (BOOKING DIRECTIONS BELOW GUIDELINES) 1. Response time: I do my very best to get back to you as soon as possible and handle all appointments directly. 2. Be Deposit ready: Appointments will not held without deposit of $50, payments accepted for Deposit specifically, Zelle and Cash App only. 3. Card on file for cancellation policy only: A secure Square link will be sent to your email or number you provided to save your card on file. This is used strictly for my cancellation policy and only you can see your card info, $1.00 will be charged to confirm your card and will be credited to your first appointment. 4. Content creation: I document all hair transformations through photo and video. You agree to be filmed and have photos taken throughout service. 5. Clothing: If you are wearing a hoodie have a shirt under so you can remove it. I do my very best to protect your clothing however it is advised not to wear clothing you can risk damaging with color, although rare it is always possible in a salon setting.
FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING Once we confirm services and time , you will receive a secure square link to add a card on file, used only in the case of my cancelation policy. Once your card is on file, your deposit of $50 will be requested via Zelle or Cash App only, whichever you prefer, once deposit is received your appointment your appointment is confirmed.
HOW TO BOOK For future bookings you only need to send Service Number from my Service Menu you are wanting to book. If booking for someone else you must still follow directions below and provide the information requested, it is best for each client to book themselves if possible, when a client is booked by someone else they are agreeing to all my policies by booking. When booking for someone other than yourself, you may add a card on file, send deposit and add a phone number on their behalf using your information or theirs I will just need their full name.

1. Contact info: Provide First, Middle and Last name. Phone number and best email. Information must always be up to date in my booking system, contact me right away via text if updating. Appointment reminders will be sent as a courtesy notice to your email and phone number provided 3 days prior via Square, do not reply to those messages always contact me by text only to my business number (714)-684-1390 regarding appointments and questions, not by DMs. 2. Include current condition of your hair from the following (healthy/dry/slightly damaged/ heat damage/split ends/dry ends/very damaged from chemical services/slightly damaged ends/postpartum breakage and healthy/ postpartum breakage and chemical damage) 3. Current hair photos: Clear Front and back photo of your current hair in natural lighting and 1-2 inspo photos or video links to ensure you are booked for correct service. 4. Two year hair history: Include any professional or at home hair services. Include the last time you had something done to your hair at all. 5. Service choice: Refer to the (Service Menu) and provide the service number (1-10)and you must confirm any Add Ons if any.

1. How should I prepare for my service? Arrival: For all color and hair extension services, hair must be 100% dry, as well as arriving with clean hair and scalp.
2. Payment for services? Zelle is best to avoid processing fees:[email protected] Cash App: Will include a 3% Convenience Fee: $Glamourbyxo Contactless Readers: All major credit and debit cards via Chip/Digital Wallet/Contactless Cards All card payments will include a 3% Convenience Fee to help offset processing cost this is not greater that what I pay in convenience fees. Cash: If paying with cash, no change will be available. You must bring the exact amount, including any gratuity you wish to add. You may split payments across multiple methods if needed, although one is preferred. NOT ACCEPTED: PAYPAL, KLARNA, VENMO, AFTERPAY
3. Deposit? -A mandatoryDeposit of $50; Is required to secure a service appointment. -Non Refundable for any reason Deposit: Will be applied to your service and must be sent via Zelle or Cash App ONLY and will be requested at the time of booking. 4.Card On File: Additionally to finalize your appointment a card will be saved on file via Square link for potential cancellation fees. You will receive a secure Square link to your email provided to input your information privately and Deposit will be requested after to secure appointment. Whenever you book a new appointment , you will be asked to re-confirm that the card on file is valid and remains the preferred payment method for my cancellation policy. You may only have one card on file at a time to ensure you are correctly charged with any fees. My policies protect against appeals.
5. Changing services once booked? Upgrading: Additional services can be added with any notice if time permits, and your total with be adjusted to reflect the new services. Downgrading: You may downgrade services with at least 48hrs notice or more otherwise this is considered a cancelation of services and affects my availability, notifying with less notice or on the day of will result in original total still due day of and I can offer other services in it's place to use some of the time reserved and only up to the original total still due. Or you may cancel your appointment in that case the cancellation policy fees apply. 6. Rescheduling? All deposits are Non Refundable and a new Deposit will be required to reschedule. You must reschedule your appointment with 48 hours or more notice in order to avoid a cancelation fee to your card on file, view cancelation policy below.
7. Cancelations? -Card on file will be charged only for cancellations. -Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: will forfeit deposit, a new deposit will be required to book again. -Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: will forfeit deposit and 50% of your service total will be charged to your card on file. -Notifying to cancel day of appointment will result in No Show: will forfeit deposit, 100% of your service total will be charged to you card on file. -Convenience Fee for all cancellations: A 3.5% + $0.15 credit card processing fee will be applied to your service total and charged to card on file when marked as a cancellation and or No Show. My policies are in place to protect against any transaction appeals. -Stylist Cancellations: If I must cancel your appointment on my end for any reason, you will be rebooked within the month or month after if nothing is available to my soonest availability using your existing deposit, If you choose not to reschedule within the time frame offered the deposit remains Non Refundable for any reason as mentioned in Deposit Policy.
8. No shows? -The Rule: Failing to give any notice and not showing up to your appointment will result in forfeited Deposit and you will be charged 100% of service total plus a 3.5% + $0.15 convenience fee to your card on file this will be considered a cancellation without notice. -Exceptions to rebook after marked as a No Show: Only your next appointment must be payed in full in order to book again. Non Refundable and Non Transferable for any reason. This is in place of being removed from future bookings and protects my business from future No Show.
9. RIGHT TO REFUSE: -I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and do not need to give an explanation. -Direct disrespectful behavior or repeated policy violations may result in immediate termination of services and future bookings. All transactions remain Non Refundable for any reason.
10. Running late? -The 15- Minute Rule: I can only accommodate a grace period of up to 15 min as this affects your service time. -Over 15 Minutes Late: If you are more than 15 minutes late and I understandably cannot service you, your are considered a NO SHOW. In this case deposit is forfeited and 100% of your service total and 3.5% processing fee will be charged to your card on file since your appointment was missed due to being tardy past 15 min. Check commute and plan your drive ahead to avoid this. I might be able to make an exception by cutting your styling time out of your appointment completely this means leaving with wet hair however this will be case by case and you must communicate you are running late. -Over 20 Minutes Late: Do not show you are automatically a considered a No Show and will be charged 100% of your service total to your card on file. -Stylist Delay: If I am running behind due to many unpredictable salon realities, I will communicate with you immediately so you can adjust your arrival time. If I am able to take you earlier I will reach out to offer a sooner time. If you decide to cancel because I'm running behind the cancellation policy applies you will be charge 100% of your total.
11. Extra guests allowed? No extra guests or children are allowed to accompany you during your appointment. For the safety, comfort for all clients in the salon and flow of scheduled service we want to stay on time while you relax with no distractions. This is also the Salon's policy.
12. Refunds? Allpayments are non refundable for any reason. Hair adjustments may be made if notifying within 72hrs from scheduled service and will be case by case.
