BOOKING GUIDELINES: 
​
By contacting me you confirm you have fully read and agree to my Booking Directions and Business Policies below.
Be payment ready: Please reach out only when you are ready to submit your deposit. Appointments are not held without deposit.
Response time:  Your message must contain all information requested in the "How To Book" section below , to receive a response. I will get back to you as soon as I can, allow up to 48hrs for a reply as I manage all bookings personally send all info in one message you will initially be met with an auto reply.
Secure appointment: To finalize your booking, a secure Square link will be sent to your email you provided to save your card on file. This is used strictly for my cancellation policy and must always be up to date and will be asked to re-confirm the card on file when booking a new appointment.
Content creation: I document all hair transformations through photo and video. By booking you agree to be filmed. Please arrive in clothing with no graphics. If in the case your attire does not align with my brand aesthetic, a salon cape will be provided to wear for all photos and video to maintain my cohesive online content.


HOW TO BOOK?(NEW GUESTS MUST FOLLOW BOOKING PROCESS BELOW)
IN A SINGLE TEXT: MESSAGE THE FOLLOWING  1-4  TO (714)-684-1390
1. First and last name, phone number and email must always be up to date in my booking system, contact me if updating, include your Instagram handle and include current condition of your hair from the following (healthy/dry/slightly damaged/ heat damage and split ends/ healthy but dry on the ends/ very damaged from chemical services/postpartum breakage and healthy/ postpartum breakage and chemical damage)
2. Current hair status: Clear Front and back photo of your current hair in natural lighting and any inspo photos or video links.
3. 2 Year Hair History : A detailed list of all professional, box dye, at home color done or chemical services done on your hair proffesionaly and at home, performed in the last 1-2 years. Include the last time you had something done to your hair at all.
4. Service Choice: Refer to the (Service Menu) and list the service number (1-9) you are requesting and confirm any Add Ons.
 Requesting an in person color/blonding consultation?  You must book as a Bombshell Blowout service, service menu #7,  where we can discuss other services so that I am able to assess your hair in person, make sure to let me know you would like an in person consultation.

MY POLICIES
By booking you automatically agree to all my policies listed below and refer back to them here any time.

​1. How should I prepare for my service? 
Arrival: 
Hair must be 100% dry and tangle free hair, come in with clean hair and scalp. If not, styling time will be sacrificed if start time is delayed in order to stay on schedule if necessary. 

2. Changing services once booked?
Changing your original services booked:
Upgrading: Additional services can be added with any notice if time permits, and your total with be adjusted to reflect the new services.
Downgrading: You may downgrade services at any time with at least 48 hours or more notice. If notifying less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment this is handled as a cancellation of services . If you choose a service with a lower total than what was originally scheduled, the original total remains due.  I can perform other services in it's place for time reserved, if interested, up to the value of the original service total. 


3. Payment for services? 
-Payment Methods with no fees: Zelle: [email protected] , Cash App: $Glamourbyxo
-Cash: If paying with cash, no change is available. Please bring the exact amount, including any gratuity you wish to add.
-For your convenience: All major credit and debit cards via Contactless / Digital Wallet/ Chip insert
Are accepted and include a 2.6% + $0.10 processing fee.
You may split payment across multiple methods if needed, although one is preferred.

4. Deposit? Non refundable for any reason. A mandatory deposit of $50 is required to secure appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final service total and must be sent via Zelle or Cash App at the time of scheduling. No other payment forms will be accepted for deposit. Additionally to finalize your appointment booked a card will be saved on file via Square for potential cancellation fees.  You will receive a secure Square link to your email provided to input your information privately. Whenever you book a new appointment , clients will be asked to re-confirm that the card on file is valid and remains the preferred payment method as the primary account for my cancellation policy you may only have one card on file at a time to ensure you are correctly charged with any fees. If the payment does not go through you will be removed from my books permanently.

5. Rescheduling? 
48 hour notice or more required: One time transfer within the same booking month, if you are not able to rebook in this time frame deposit will be forfeited a new deposit of $50 will be required to book again for a future appointment.

6. Cancelations? 
-Complete cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: will forfeit deposit and 50% of your service total will be charged to your card on file.
-Notifying to cancel day of appointment will result in No Show: and forfeited deposit, 100% of your service total will be charged to you card on file.

-Processing fee for all cancellations: A 3.5% + $0.15 credit card processing fee will be applied to your service total and charged to card on file.
-Rebooking after a cancellation notice: Your next appointment will require a new standard deposit of $50 in order to rebook.
-Stylist Cancellations: If I must cancel your appointment on my end for any reason, you will be rebooked within the month or month after to my soonest availability using your existing deposit, If you choose not to reschedule within the time frame offered the deposit remains Non Refundable for any reason as mentioned in Deposit Policy. ( I am mom and military spouse it comes with the territory)

7. No shows? 
-The Rule: Failing to give any notice and not showing up to your appointment will result in forfeited Deposit and you will be charged 100% of service total plus a 3.5% + $0.15 processing fee to your card on file.
-Exceptions to rebook after marked as a No Show: A $300 non-refundable deposit will be required to book your next appointment only or the full amount if service total is under $300 and will be applied to new scheduled service and payment is Non Refundable and Non Transferable for any reason. This is in place of being removed from future bookings and protects my business from future No Show.

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE:
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and do not need to explain.
-I may choose to cancel your appointment you may be asked to leave the property if necessary, I may return your deposit and remove you from my booking list for any reasons I do not need to provide.
-Direct disrespectful behavior or passive aggression or repeated policy violations may result in immediate termination of service and future bookings. I love what I do for a living 14 years strong, and wouldn't want to change that for dealing with poor behavior. I pride myself on being kind and I don't want a client in my chair that isn't, I say that with the most respect.


9. Running late? 
-The 15- minute Rule:
I can only accommodate a grace period of up to 15 min. Your styling time might be sacrificed to stay on schedule.
-Over 15 Minutes Late: If you are more than 15 minutes late and I understandably cannot service you, your are considered a NO SHOW. In this case deposit is forfeited and 100% of your service total and 3.5% processing fee will be charged to your card on file since your appointment was missed due to being tardy past 15 min. Check commute and plan your drive ahead to avoid this.
-Stylist Delay: If I am running behind due to many unpredictable salon realities, I will communicate with you immediately so you can adjust your arrival time. If I am able to take you earlier I will reach out to offer a sooner time. If you decide to cancel because i'm running behind the cancellation policy applies. Service will not be rushed for any reason so make this the priority of your day.

10. Extra guests allowed? No extra guests or children are allowed to accompany you during your appointment. For the safety, comfort for all clients in the salon and flow of scheduled service we want to stay on time while you relax with no distractions. This lowers potential risks for other stylists in the salon and allows a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of designated space for all clients with an appointment.
