Cash App for Business incurs 3% added convenience fee: $Glamourbyxo
One hour plus: If my delay exceeds 1 hour and you are unable to keep your appointment. I will offer you a one time reschedule within the same month and your appointment will be priority, if I am booked out then you will rescheduled no later than the following month. In this case only, will your deposit transfer.

AUTOMATIC POLICY AGREEMENT WHEN BOOKING SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW
- All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
- Consultations are conducted virtually by text to ensure accurate service recommendations based on your hair history and goals. All services require a virtual consultation prior to booking.
- A valid card must be kept on file at the time of each booking followed by Deposit. Your card on file will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or applicable policy fee. A 3.5% + $0.15 processing fee will be included, this is not greater than what Square charges for cards on file.
- If a card on file charge does not go through for any policy fees this will result in permanent removal from future bookings without notice as your card is confirmed before every booking, make sure it is valid and up to date
- All card transactions will include a 3% convenience fee for deposit and day of appointment, use Zelle or pay exact Cash only for services day of appointment in order to avoid in person card processing fees. No change will be made available you must have exact cash for services and if adding gratuity.
- A $50 Deposit for services under $300 or a Deposit of $100 for services over $300 will be requested by me. All Deposits are Non Refundable.

- RESCHEDULING: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. All Deposits are Non refundable and transferable only once with at least 48 hours notice and must be rescheduled within 4 weeks, otherwise deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
- CANCELLATIONS: Appointments canceled within 48 hours notice from their scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Canceling day of appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
- NO SHOWS: No notice given and not showing day of appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service no exceptions. May result in termination of future bookings if this happens a few times.
- Clients arriving 15-20 minutes late will be charged a $25 late fee, if more than 20 minutes late do not show you will automatically be marked as canceled and the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Your arrival time will be noted and late fee will apply automatically without notice.
- Stylist Delay; you will be notified to adjust your arrival time

- Content: You agree to have pictures and videos taken during your hair appointment that will be posted on my social media accounts
- No extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment
- No refunds , if any hair adjustments need to be made you must notify within 72 hours of your scheduled service and can only rebook within 2 weeks or to my soonest available date. This will be case by case.
- I reserve the right to refuse service, this may result in immediate termination of services and future bookings. All transactions remain Non Refundable for any reason.
