BOOKING FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS
AN IN PERSON CONSULTATION IS MANDATORY YOU WILL BOOK AS SERVICE #10 FROM SERVICE MENU. UPON COMPLETING CONSULTATION YOUR HAIR ORDER WILL BE PAID IN FULL AND A SEPARATE DEPOSIT OF $100 WILL BE DUE TO SET UP HAIR INSTALL APPOINTMENT WITHIN 2-4 WEEKS IF AVAILABLE OR TO MY SOONEST AVAILABLE AND WILL GO TOWARDS INTALL SERVICE TOTAL. THIS SIMPLIFIES THE PAYMENT PROCESS HOWEVER YOU ARE NOT ACTUALLY PURCHASING HAIR BUT A COMPLETE SERVICE THE HAIR IS NOT THE CLIENT'S TO KEEP UNLESS INSTALLED. REFER TO POLICIES BELOW.

BOOKING POLICIES FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS​

• Color Matching: Have your desired color on your own hair before consulting for extensions
• Consultation Add On: You may add an extension consultation the same day as your color service with me, so that I can match your color with additional deposit specifically for hair extensions being $50 and goes toward your hair order total.
• Orders : Once payments are completed the order cannot be canceled or refunded you must continue with you service application or forfeit any payments and hair order, I do not sell hair extensions you are paying for a complete service application. Only the hair installed belongs to the client.
• Install Appointment: Will be booked after estimated extension order arrival date or soonest available usually within two to four weeks depending on availability.
• Cancelations:  If you cancel Install appointment completely or within 48 hours from your scheduled service your deposit and product ordered will be forfeited and are not transferable to a new appointment date for any reason and your card on file will be charged 50% of your install service. If you cancel or No Show day of scheduled service 100% of your service total will be charged to card on file. This is the same as my standard cancellation policies.
• Rescheduling: Eligible to be transferred one time within 4 weeks with at least 48 hours notice or more of your original appointment. Your deposit and hair extensions will transfer in this case only. If you cannot rebook within the time frame provided you will forfeit any transactions made towards appointments and hair order.
• Maintenance: Hair can be reinstalled three times before new hair is needed and up to 6 months total wear time as recommended by most manufacturers to maintain the density and health of the extensions. Tape Ins have a 6-8 week wear time before reinstallation service.
• Reinstall: You must come in with clean, 100% tangle free, dry hair before install or a blowout Add On will be required. Heat styling is complimentary after every install. If washinf at home use a clarifying shampoo and condition only the last 3 inches of hair avoiding roots and any styling products in the hair. 
• Detangling resulting from improper care of extensions when Removing / Reinstalling
  Incurs a $50 fee for 30 minutes of additional extended service time​​.

• Hair will be payed in full to place order Non Refundable and will include your $50 Non Refundable Deposit used to schedule your Extensions Consultation and be credited towards your hair order.

• Additionally a $100 Deposit for your Install Service Appointment will also be due the same day hair order is placed and the remaining balance for installation will be due day of Install Service scheduled.

• Only hair extensions installed belong to the client. Refer to policies above.

• Hair extensions pricing is determined by : Color blends, length and density of hair and specific needs, this is different for every client we will go over desired results during consultation to order hair accordingly, there are many variations of type of Tape Ins to suit your hair needs I will custom tailor it to your desired look. Hair extensions is a costly investment that will cost several hundreds of dollars for the hair alone. Install, Reinstall and Removal pricing below.​

STANDARD BLOWOUT ADD ON W/EXTENSIONS: A $50 add on service to either Install or Reinstall appointment, to make sure we start with clean hair and scalp, free of product buildup and natural oils. 

If you do not schedule a Standard Blowout Add On you must come in with freshly washed hair, must use clarifying shampoo, use conditioner on the last few inches of hair only avoid roots, no oils or products in your clean hair or your extensions will slip after application and hair must be 100% dry and tangle. Otherwise a standard blowout will be added prior to service. Clean hair and scalp is not optional as your hair extensions will slip if the prep is not done correctly.

Hot tool styling is included for finishing style.

How to Book an Appointment

Common Questions & Answers

Can I bring in my own hair? No, I cannot guarantee the quality of that hair

Can I still color my hair? You can absolutely still get your hair colored, I work around the extensions

Can I work out with extensions? You can work out without a problem.

Can I go swimming in the pool? You may get into the pool but it's not suggested. If you do, make sure you apply a leave in conditioner from mids to ends to protect the extensions from the chlorine. I highly suggest putting your hair into a braid or two to avoid tangled, unmanageable hair extensions (you can swim in the pool at your own risk of damaging your extensions and matting if not brushed and braided)

Can I still style my hair? You can still style your hair will a little extra effort in your routine. Extra hair requires extra time drying and styling at home 

Are they comfortable to sleep in? Yes these extensions lay perfectly flat against your head and are comfortable to sleep in

Will extensions change up my look without color? Yes you can lighten and brighten up your look with extensions alone, and avoid chemicals on your own hair

Is it expensive? Yes it is a costly investment

How many times can I reinstall? It is suggested my manufacturer the Tape Ins be reinstalled up to a total of 3-4 times equaling to 6-9 months wear time, then the hair is tossed out, and you will need to purchase new hair again as it will lose density over time naturally from brushing just like your natural hair

How can I protect my investment? A take home hair extension product bundle will be provided in order to protect your investment and removes the guess work on your new haircare routine

Do's & Don'ts with Extensions

Do:
Touch up regularly. Touch ups are between 6-8 weeks. 

Brush your hair often. Daily brushing throughout the day (2-3 times) is necessary from the tabs down to prevent tangles, especially in neck area using a boar bristle brush (gifted with hair purchase)

Don't:
Go in the ocean or hot-tub. Stay out of salt water or spa water, the salt can break down the adhesive in your extensions causing them to loosen and dry the hair out causing it to tangle

Use rich products on your scalp. No conditioner on scalp, hair oil or moisture rich hair products on scalp, as it will break down the tape adhesive

Use styling products with alcohol. No hairspray or styling products that contain alcohol as it will break down the tape adhesive

Go to bed with wet hair. Do not sleep in wet extensions ever, make sure they are fully dry brushed out and in a loose braid or two before bed

Tie up when wet. Do not tie up hair or tighten into a bun when wet ever as too much tension can damage your hair
